When the new school meets the old school, the following mashup is what you get. If listening to both artists for the first time, you might believe Daft Punk’s rhythm/beat is the new school and Bat for Lashes synth-heavy music is the old school (but this is not the case.) If you found this blog, you probably already know about Daft Punk. As for Bat for Lashes (AKA Natasha Khan), she is what seems to be the evolution of new wave on another planet.
